Terms and conditions
Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms apply whenever you shop at Vancre. Please read them, with our delivery, returns and refunds, and pre-order policies, before you order.
Who we are
Vancre (vancre.com) is an online fashion shop in Bangladesh.
Your account
You order with your name, mobile number and address: there is no account or password.
An order can be opened again only in the browser (on the phone or computer) it was placed from; to ask about an order, call us.
Give us your real name, mobile number and address, so we can deliver your order.
We may stop a number from ordering if it is used for fake orders or to cheat the shop.
Products and prices
Prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳). You pay the prices shown in your cart when you place the order; checkout shows the delivery fee before you order.
We show every product as truly as we can, but colours can look a little different on different screens.
If we made a mistake in a price or in a product’s details, we’ll tell you before sending the order, and you can cancel it and get back everything you paid.
Placing an order
If you choose to pay everything in cash on delivery, we call you on the number you give to confirm your order before we send it.
Items in stock and pre-orders are sent as separate deliveries, each with its own delivery fee.
Your order is confirmed when we receive what you chose to pay now with bKash. If you chose to pay everything in cash on delivery, it is confirmed when you confirm it on our call. Your order page always shows where your order is.
Paying
You can pay part or all of an order now with bKash (Make Payment to our merchant number, with your order number as the reference) and the rest in cash on delivery. A pre-order needs part of its price now: see the pre-order policy.
Put your order number in bKash’s Reference box, every time you pay. It is how we match payments to orders: a payment without your order number as its reference is turned down, your order isn’t confirmed, and you can’t make any claim for it.
After paying, send us the bKash Transaction ID on your order page. We check every payment by hand, usually within a few hours.
If the amount paid is different from the amount due, we can’t accept it: we send it back to your bKash number, and you pay the exact amount.
We never ask for your bKash PIN or for a code bKash sends you. Don’t share them with anyone, even someone who says they are from Vancre.
Cancelling an order
Until your order is confirmed, you can cancel it on your order page (but not while we’re checking a payment you sent).
Once it is confirmed, it can’t be cancelled and its payment can’t be refunded, except:
- a wrong or faulty item reported in time: see the returns and refunds policy;
- an item we can’t supply: we cancel it and send back everything you paid for it;
- an order that will be later than the latest date we gave you: tell us, and we cancel it and send back everything you paid for it.
We may cancel an order ourselves if an item can’t be supplied, if a price or stock was shown by mistake, or if the order looks fake. We tell you why and send back anything you paid.
Delivery, returns and pre-orders
How and when we deliver is in the delivery policy. Wrong or faulty items and money back are in the returns and refunds policy, and pre-orders in the pre-order policy.
Coupons and vouchers
A coupon code gives the discount shown in your cart, under the conditions shown with it. One code per order.
A voucher we give you instead of money back works once, on one order, within 12 months: keep it private, as anyone who types it at checkout can use it. It can’t be exchanged for cash.
Questions and complaints
Contact us with the details at the bottom of every page. We reply to every complaint within 72 hours.
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the laws of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.
