Pre-order policy

What a pre-order is

Some items aren’t in our stock in Bangladesh: we order them from our suppliers abroad, mostly in China, after you order. The product page marks them as pre-orders and shows when they are expected to arrive.

Some pre-orders are bought in batches: the product page then shows the last day to order for the current batch.

Paying

Pay at least the part of the price shown on the product page now with bKash (from 50% to 100%, depending on the product). You can choose to pay more, up to the full price.

The rest, with the delivery fee, is paid in cash on delivery.

Your pre-order is confirmed when we receive your payment. Until then, you can cancel it on your order page (but not while we’re checking a payment you sent).

Following your pre-order

Your order page shows each step: ordered from the supplier, on its way from China, arrived in Bangladesh, with the courier, delivered.

Delivery

When it reaches our warehouse, you choose the day we send it within 7 days (if you don’t, we send it to your address), and the courier takes 2–3 working days inside Dhaka district and 3–7 working days elsewhere. See the delivery policy.

Delays

Shipping from abroad can be delayed. If your pre-order will arrive after the latest date shown when you ordered, we tell you as soon as we know. You can wait for it, or ask us to cancel it and get back everything you paid for it within 10 days.

If we can’t get it

If the supplier can’t supply the item, or it is lost or damaged before it reaches us, we cancel it and send back everything you paid for it within 72 hours.

Cancelling

A pre-order item is bought for you, so a confirmed pre-order can’t be cancelled or refunded, except as described above, or when the item arrives wrong or faulty: see the returns and refunds policy.
