Where we deliver

Anywhere in Bangladesh: all 64 districts.

Delivery fees

The fee is for each delivery: ৳70 inside Dhaka district and ৳130 everywhere else.

Items in stock and pre-orders travel separately, so an order with both pays two delivery fees. Checkout shows the fees before you order.

How long it takes

Items in stock: each product page shows how many days delivery takes, counted from when your order is confirmed.

Pre-orders: each product page shows when the item is expected to arrive from the supplier. Once it reaches our warehouse in Bangladesh, the courier takes 2–3 working days inside Dhaka district and 3–7 working days elsewhere.

Couriers don’t deliver on Fridays, and public holidays, strikes or bad weather can add days. If your order will be later than the latest date we gave, we’ll tell you.

Choosing the day for a pre-order

When your pre-order reaches our warehouse, your order page says so, and you can choose the day we send it, up to 14 days after it arrived.

Choose within 7 days. If you don’t, we send it to the address on your order.

The courier

We send parcels with Steadfast, Pathao or another courier. Once the parcel is handed over, your order page shows the courier and its tracking code.

The courier calls the number on your order before delivering, so please keep that phone on.

Paying on delivery

Pay the courier the rest of your order, with the delivery fee, in cash. Your order page shows the amount.

When the parcel arrives

Record a video as you open the parcel, showing the sealed package and the receipts, all in one video. If an item is wrong or faulty, we can only accept the complaint with this video: see the returns and refunds policy.

If it can’t be delivered

If the courier can’t deliver (no one answers, or the address can’t be found), the parcel comes back to us and we contact you about sending it again.
