Cookies

A cookie is a small file a website keeps in your browser. Here is every cookie Vancre uses and what it is for. Optional cookies are only used if you allow them, and you can change your mind at any time.
Necessary (always on)
These keep the shop working, so they can’t be switched off.
| Cookie | What it does | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
vancre_consent | Remembers your cookie choice | 6 months |
vancre_cart | Remembers your cart (VanMall’s and VanDig’s) while you aren’t signed in | 30 days |
vancre_session | Keeps you signed in to your Vancre account (it holds a random code, not your email or password) | 30 days, or until you sign out |
vancre_orders | Remembers the orders placed in this browser without signing in, so you can open them again (it holds a random code, not your number) | 12 months |
Visitor statistics (only if you allow it)
Show us, without your name, which pages people visit, so we can make the shop better.
We don’t use a tool for this yet. If we add one, it will only run if you allow it.
Advertising (only if you allow it)
Let advertising sites such as Facebook show you Vancre products you may like, and tell us which ads work.

Change your choice
Your choice is remembered for 6 months, then we ask again. Whenever a kind of cookie is off, we remove its cookies from your browser; if you switch one off while it is running, the page reloads to stop it.
